Roasted Lamb Leg Recipe

Ingredients
  • Lamb Leg – 1 Kg
  • Vinegar  – 1 Cup
  • Black pepper –  1 Tbsp
  • Ginger Paste – 1 Tbsp
  • Clarified Butter –  1 Cup
  • Salt – to taste

Method

Mix Vinegar, ginger, black pepper and salt to make the marinade. Marinate the lamb’s leg  for two hours.  Add water to a pan or wok
