Pishawari Chapli Kabab Recipe by Rahat
Pishawari Chapli Kabab is a very popular Pakistani dish that is eaten in whole Pakistan, not only Pishawar. Here is a Recipe. You can eat these with sauces or can use as burger Patty.
Ingredients
- Minced Meat ( beef ) – 1 Kg
- Gram Flour – 500 g
- Tomatoes – 250 g
- Red Chilly Powder – 1 Tbsp
- Corn Flour – 3 Tbsp
- Onion – 500 g
- Anar dana (dried pomegranate seeds ) – 10 g
- Hot spice powder – 1 Tbsp
- Eggs – 4
- Coriander Seeds – 2 Tbsp
- Green Chillies – 6
- Salt – to taste
Method
Mix all ingredients in minced meat and keep on mixing for half an hour. Heat oil in a pan or wok.
Make roughly round patties from this batter using hands and fry.
Serve with salad or use as burger patties.
