Pishawari Chapli Kabab Recipe by Rahat

Pishawari Chapli Kabab is a very popular Pakistani dish that is eaten in whole Pakistan, not only Pishawar. Here is a Recipe. You can eat these with sauces or can use as burger Patty.

Pakistani meat kebab recipe

  • Minced Meat ( beef ) – 1 Kg
  • Gram Flour – 500 g
  • Tomatoes – 250 g
  • Red Chilly Powder – 1 Tbsp
  • Corn Flour – 3 Tbsp
  • Onion – 500 g
  • Anar dana (dried pomegranate seeds ) – 10 g
  • Hot spice powder – 1 Tbsp
  • Eggs – 4
  • Coriander Seeds – 2 Tbsp
  • Green Chillies – 6
  • Salt – to taste


Mix all ingredients in minced meat and keep on mixing for half an hour. Heat oil in a pan or wok.

Make roughly round patties from this batter using hands and fry.

Serve with salad or use as burger patties.
