Shami Kabab Recipe by Chef Rahat
Shami Kabab (Kebab) is a very popular Pakistani dish. You can make these kababs and freeze these in your freezer, defrost and fry to serve guests. A ready to cook snack.
- Boneless Beef - 500 g
- Split Chickpeas ( Chana Daal) – 250 g
- Ginger – 1 small piece
- Garlic – 8 cloves
- Whole red chillies – 8
- Green Chillies – 6
- Hot spice powder – a pinch
- Eggs – 2
- Salt – To taste
Boil meat, daal and all spices together in a pan. Grind everything really fine in a food processor. Add eggs and make round patties of this batter using your hands. Take oil in a pan and fry these. Yummy and Tasty traditional Pakistani Shami Kababs are ready. Have these with Chutney.
